T-shirt design
A T-shirt designed for the annual Christadelphian Youth Camp, on the theme of the Old Testament character Joseph – presented here for the first time, for your amusement only, complete with a mock advert!
For this project I explored a number of design approaches. The final design uses an overall theme reminiscent of ancient Egypt where Joseph lived most of his life, and incorporates various elements hinting at key events recorded about him.
Final design & some alternative ideas
(A multi-colour print was not an option with the client’s budget, and also the pattern was to be reproduced on shirts of various colours. So even though everyone quite liked the mockup on black, it was ruled out early on.)
